Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. To ensure fair treatment for all our clients and to minimise disruptions to our schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy:
 

  • Rescheduling or Cancelling Within 48 Hours: Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a full charge for the treatment.
     

  • Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment will be rescheduled, and the full treatment cost will be charged.
     

  • Repeat Late Arrivals: Clients who have missed or been late to two or more appointments will be required to pay in full before booking their next appointment.
     

  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.
     

  • Deposits: A deposit is required for all aesthetic procedures and for new clients.
     

This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling or cancellation. We kindly ask that you plan your appointment times carefully to avoid unnecessary charges.
